What are the rules surrounding Grabbing/Holding the toe/toes? i remember watching a match last season where a kid held it and his opponent got a point, but i'd like some further clarification if thats possible.

I'll assume the kid penalized was in the top position and was hit for stalling. The rule is if you grab the ankle/shoelaces/toes to break the bottom man down, it is stalling if you hold onto it for longer than a "5 count".

There is also an additional issue besides the 5 second rule, although I am not clear on what it is. I saw it happen to Nick Fera last year for grabbing the toe. It was not a stalling, but a penalty point.

twisting against the natural range of motion can always be penalized as a technical violation, though it is normanlly just called potentially dangerous.
