Just got off the phone with mike vespa up in monroe Woodbury and I came across some sad news.. I found out the nicest, most innocent talented 14 year old I've really ever met was diagnosed with cancer stage 4 in his lungs, the kid had a sick varsity year with 80 percent of his windpipe not functioning and everyone makes excuses why they don't win. I love the Vespa family n me n mike r great friends so wether you know vinny Vespa or not take my word he's a great kid and deserves every prayer he gets...... Won't you stand up and spread the word about my friend vinny v and his fight......to much respect for the kid don't ever let a doctor tell you you can't do anything..... @teamvinnyv .... Forever in my mind and prayers ♥.... I think liwa comes together for things like these, he starts chemo tomorrow and the treatments are a burden on his family financially please spread awareness, buy a tshirt,, donate or reach out to bunny himself I called him in the hospital and he was thrilled...... Hey guys Coach Gaglione here!

Just wanted to give you guys a quick reminder I am having my Grand Opening and open house for Gaglione Strength this Sunday! As of right now we have almost have 40 people registered to come and only have room for a few more.

Here are the details

Who: Anyone who wants to have a KILLER time training, learning or just hanging out and grabbing a bite to eat while watching some of the action unfold! You will get to connect with Gaglione Strength athletes and coaches as well as many other special guests. Parents, coaches, athletes, friends and family are ALL welcome.

What: Food, Music, heavy lifting and an AMAZING experience. We will have some strength challenges, prizes and give aways for all guests! T-shirts, DVDs, memberships and other surprises will be in store at this event. You don't want to miss out on these prizes!

When: Sunday May 20 3pm-6pm Come whenever you want but we are also offering as FREE one week trial to Gaglione Strength for the first 15 guests so make sure you get there early to take advantage of this special offer.

So I've been shooting plenty of footage trying to get my free wrestling technique website up and running. It's not ready yet, but should be in another month. Anyway...

It's a really great and easy move to add to your repertoire, and it is completely safe if it doesn't work. Drill it 100 times and it will be yours.

wrestling program in NCAA history.

2005 NCAA Champion & 3x All-American Zach Esposito will also be a
clinician at the Cowboy Camp. 2011 NCAA Champion Jordan Oliver & 2010
All-American Alan "Z" Gelogaev will be in attendance as counselors.
